CN Caboose - BigJigs Rail

The Bigjigs Rail Heritage Collection offers a delightful range of replicas from the golden age of rail. The packaging includes information about the evolution and working life of the engine, upon which the replica is based.

First introduced in 1967 the new steel-shelled Caboose models had a host of new comfort, convenience, and safety features. The principal new feature was the introduction of electricity, derived from axle driven generators, for lighting, refrigeration, hot plates, radio telephones etc.

Magnetic couplings ensure compatibility with all other engines and carriages in the Bigjigs Rail range. Most other major wooden railway brands are compatible with Bigjigs Rail.
