Spencer and his Coal Moustache - Trackmaster

The Coal Mustache Spencer in "Steamy Sodor" is based on when Thomas was in charge of the Sodor Steamworks, and caused Kevin to accidently make coal dust go on Spencer's face, making it look like he had a mustache.
